All Sales Are Final: No Refunds Policy
Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any event-related items (including, but not limited to, registration fees, merchandise, specialized apparel, and digital content) for the Phoenix Food Fair any associated events.
1. General Policy
By completing a purchase for any item related to this event, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. This policy applies universally to all participants, spectators, and purchasers, regardless of the reason for cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is canceled entirely by the organizers, purchasers will be offered a full credit for the cost of their event registration toward the next equivalent event, or a partial refund, at the sole discretion of the Phoenix Food Fair organizing committee. Merchandise purchases are typically non-refundable even in the event of cancellation, as they may have already been produced.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all registration fees and item purchases will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be offered simply due to a change in date.
3. Merchandise and Apparel
Custom-ordered merchandise, apparel (including t-shirts, medals, and trophies), and specialized items are produced based on the order and specifications provided at the time of purchase. Therefore:

Refunds will not be issued due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or non-delivery if the purchaser fails to pick up the item at the designated time and location.

Exchanges for defective items may be considered if reported immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours of pickup) and if the item is unused and unworn.
4. Chargebacks
The initiation of a chargeback process with a credit card company or bank is a violation of this agreement. By purchasing, you agree that you will first attempt to resolve any payment issue directly with the Phoenix Food Fair organizing committee. Any chargebacks will result in the immediate cancellation of the participant's registration and forfeiture of all purchased items.
By purchasing event items, you are agreeing to the terms of this No Refund Policy.
